Dr. Chris Reddick is a medical scientist by training and has spent more than 20 years working in healthcare to advance health equity and access to quality healthcare.
Chris is a deeply respected and recognized leader in health equity. Since joining Takeda in 2007, Chris has worked with global stakeholders at all levels, to advance Takeda’s vision and approach to Access to Medicines (AtM), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), Patient Centricity, and Health Equity. He is currently the Head of U.S. Health Equity with responsibility for developing and executing Takeda’s health equity strategy in the U.S. to address health disparities and inequities in communities and ensure broader patient access to Takeda’s medicines. Chris also serves as the executive sponsor of Takeda’s Black Leadership Council (BLC).
In addition to his work at Takeda driving health equity strategy, Chris has amassed a wealth of experience in community-based healthcare through his work with public health organizations, non-profits and academic institutions to help strengthen healthcare systems in underserved communities around the world.
