BIO Response to RFI: National Biotechnology & Biomanufacturing Initiative

BIO submits comments on the MDH’s proposed regulations regarding Drugs of Substantial Public Interest: Draft Methodology for Public Comment as required in statute by the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act.
