Is the IP Counsels Committee Conference still taking place?

Given the global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, BIO has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 BIO IP Counsels Committee Conference in Palm Springs, CA, scheduled to take place on April 22–24, 2020.

Will my registration fee be refunded since BIO IPCC in now canceled?

Upon request, BIO will provide a complete refund for any registration fees paid. You may also transfer your registration to the following Fall IPCC event scheduled to take place in Boston, MA this November 16-18.  If you did not receive an email notification with information regarding our refund policy and next steps, please contact register@bio.org .

How will sponsorship or associated benefits be affected by event cancellation?

Confirmed sponsors will be contacted directly by their account managers. BIO will address each sponsor on a case by case basis in accordance with the regulations that govern the specific sponsorship. If you did not receive an email notification with information regarding your options and next steps, please contact sponsor@bio.org.
