Reserve your Hotel Accommodations for the 2024 BioSafe General Membership Meeting
BIO has secured a limited room block at Hotel Wettstein, located a short walk or public transit ride away from the Roche campus. The room block at Hotel Wettstein has a strict cut off date of Saturday, March 15 (local time).

Booking a Room:
To book a room within the BioSafe room block, please reach out to the hotel directly via email at mail@hotelwettstein.ch.
When booking, you MUST mention the code ‘BioSafe’ to reserve a room within the block, as well as the room type you would like to book. Also, note if the room will have an additional guest staying (more than one person) as there is tax that is applied per occupant.
Please note certain room types and rates may be sold out.

Hotel can store your luggage on arrival and departure day.
Cancellation policy:
A cancellation must be in written form. Up to 21 days prior to arrival cancellations are without any charges. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the following costs will be charged:
- 7 to 0 days before arrival: 100%
- 13 to 8 days before arrival: 50%
- 20 to14 days before arrival: 25%
Additional costs: City tax CHF 4.00 per person / night
The room rate is includes: Breakfast buffet, Basel Card (free use of public transport), service and VAT.
Hotel offers: Gym, 2 Bicycles and a playroom for children
If you will require parking, including electric charging station:
To guarantee a parking place, please make an early reservation.
Additional costs per night: CHF 25.00.
Charging station: 15 kW are included in the price, after that it costs 0.50 CHF/kW.
All rooms are equipped with: 40" Flatscreen Satellite TV, working desk, in room safe, minibar, fan, euro plug, all rooms non-smoking.
