Dawn Cardeiro, M.S.

Dawn is the Director of Precision Medicine on the Clinical Innovation team at Point32Health, the parent organization of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, two leading regional health insurers in New England. In this role, she leads the strategy for innovative agreements designed to expand member access to emerging precision medicine technologies. Prior to joining Point32Health in 2022, Dawn held various market access and medical affairs roles in the molecular diagnostics industry over a fifteen-year period. Trained as a genetic counselor, she also previously served in patient care and patient advocacy roles.
