Matthew Martin

Matt Martin is a co-founder and president of Saros Therapeutics. He is experienced building teams and companies to translate life sciences research discoveries into business opportunities. He engages every opportunity with enthusiasm, creativity, and optimism that research can change the world and improve lives. Matt is also a Venture Partner with Pathway Bioventures. Pathway invests at the Seed and Series A stage across the life sciences. The focus is on next generation technologies, including immunology's intersection with oncology, and other areas of high unmet need with recent scientific breakthroughs. He previously built and led university relationship development and technology diligence teams for SmartHealth Catalyzer, as well as the Life Sciences Launchpad at the University of Chicago’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship where his team created and supported 10 new science-based ventures in the first 2 years of operations.
