Paul Youm, JD

Paul Youm is the head of business development and alliance management at KaliVir Immunotherapeutics. Paul has a broad experience in the life sciences industry both as an in-house counsel and business development professional. As a healthcare-focus attorney, Paul’s experience and knowledge span across corporate development, venture financing, collaboration and licensing negotiations and alliance management.
Prior to joining KaliVir, Paul served as the director of business development at Rokit Healthcare, a regenerative medicine startup, and the general counsel and business development director at Sillajen. Paul received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and his J.D. from Sogang University School of Law in Korea.
