Carl Tilbury, PhD

Carl currently leads Business Development at Genesis Therapeutics and has 10+ years of experience across life science startups, top-tier strategy consulting and academic research. Carl's prior roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships at BrightInsight (regulated digital health / SaMD platform startup) and Project Leader at BCG focused on corp dev, growth strategy, and digital, for pharma & medtech clients. Carl earned a PhD in chemical engineering from UCSB, where he developed models of crystallization for pharma R&D, and then led the development of virtual screening software licensed to major pharma sponsors.
