Erin Mistry joined CoreMedix in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Head of Payer Strategy, Government Affairs and Trade Relations. In 2023 she became the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of CoreMedix. Erin also serves as a cofounder of SNAP Life Sciences, a tech-enabled platform company with wrap-around consulting services that assists Biopharma companies in realizing and optimizing their portfolio value and commercial potential.
Prior to this, Erin served as Vice President, Market Access at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., a biotech company dedicated to redesigning the treatment, prevention and experience of chronic disease. Additionally, Erin was the Managing Director, Pricing and Market Access and Senior Managing Director, Head of Value, Access and HEOR at Syneos Health. She also served as a Senior Director at Jupiter Life Science Consulting.
Erin is on the Board of Directors for the Antimicrobials Working Group, and is also a MassCONNECT Mentor at MassBio, a life sciences nonprofit located in Massachusetts. She is a Founding Member and Advisor at CDP Mentor, a strategic advisory platform. Erin is also a Founding Member of Chief, a private network designed for women in executive leadership to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them.
She received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and M.S. in Biomechanics from North Carolina State University. Erin has since attended the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health for their Executive and Continuing Professional Education program.
