Chelsea O’Connell

Chelsea O’Connell, MS, RAC, joined Amgen in 2011 and is currently a Global Regulatory and R&D Policy Director, where she advances strategic regulatory policy goals by engaging with regulatory authorities, industry, professional associations, and other stakeholders across various policy topics. Prior to joining Policy, she led regulatory teams and developed filing strategies across various therapeutic areas and product presentations including companion diagnostics, combination products, and software as a medical device. Prior to joining Amgen, she worked for ophthalmic and cardiac medical device companies. She earned a B.S./M.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Biomedical Engineering.
