George leads a team of professionals in intellectual property generation and management as well as transaction support in the structuring and negotiation of collaboration, license, sponsored research agreements, and other commercial agreements covering gene therapies for treating rare disease and other biomedical technologies. In previous roles, George provided advice to companies with complex needs across a wide area of industries, with a focusing on the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical and medical device spaces. I have extensive experience in intellectual property portfolio development and management (including patent prosecution), due diligence and patent litigation as well as licensing and strategic alliances.
