Preparedness and Treatment Equity Coalition Informing System Reform to Improve Health Outcomes and Health Equity

The Preparedness and Treatment Equity Coalition (PTEC) works across the healthcare sector to bring together private businesses, researchers, community groups and advocates to advance research tackling some of the most pressing health inequity issues, such as those seen in cancer, metabolic disease, cardiovascular disease, and immunization. This session will share information about the PTEC mission and includes its grantees to describe the work they are doing and what they feel private industry can do to encourage health system reform for greater health equity.
