Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences or TCELS is a public organization under the Ministry of Higher Education, Sciences, Research and Innovation. Our mission is to accelerate the life sciences or bio innovation to the market by providing funding support for the research with TRL from 7-9; to build conducive ecosystem by strengthening the ecosystem with TRL from 5 to 9; and, to catalyze and connect partners by promoting business and commercialization and also building global linkage and partnerships.
Our focus areas include (1) ATMPs, biopharma, genomics; (2) medical devices; and, (3) herbal medicines & nutraceuticals & cosmeceutical.
We have worked with extensive network such as:
• Life Sciences Industry: Startups, SMEs, Large firms
• Government/public agencies, universities, research institutions
• Not for profit organizations: ThaiBIO Association, Thailand Life Sciences Cluster, Thailand Sciences Park and Regional Science Park
• Program Management Units
