Jeff Morell

Jeff is an Associate Partner in McKinsey and Company’s Life Sciences, Operations, and Private Equity and Principal Investors practices, where his client work focuses on the development and manufacturing of biologics, with a particular emphasis on cell and gene therapy. He serves innovators, life science tools and services providers, and investors across the biopharma value chain, from discovery through commercial manufacturing, and he co-leads Operations and Private Equity for McKinsey’s Cell and Gene Therapy service line. Jeff holds a BSE in chemical and biological engineering from Princeton University, and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to joining McKinsey, Jeff spent several years at Merck and Company scaling up production of vaccine and biologic products.
