Farrell Simon, PharmD

Farrell Simon, Pharm.D. is currently the SVP, Head of Commercial and Strategy for Trevi Therapeutics. He is an experienced general manager who has successfully led operating plans for brands of varying sizes and geographies, and has worked across the lifecycle of development from marketed products to early commercial development assets. Prior to joining Trevi, Farrell spent 10 years at Pfizer in commercial and operations roles. He last served as Chief of Staff to the Group President of Biopharma at Pfizer and was a member of the Biopharma executive leadership team. Prior to Pfizer, Farrell gained general management, marketing, and medical affairs experience at Procter & Gamble. He is founder and CEO of The Simon Cancer Foundation and is on the board of directors for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce. Farrell holds both an M.B.A. and a Pharm.D. from the University of Florida.
