Speaker: Raj Jaisinghani-Biography
Raj Jaisinghani is President of Technovation and is a chemical engineer with over thirty five years of cleanroom design, research, product development and business development experience. Raj started the research program at Nelson Industries, Inc. in 1974. In 1982 Raj joined American Filtrona Corporation as the head of their Corporate Research and Development and started the corporate research program including the development of a new R&D center. Raj holds a B.S. from BHU, India and a M.S., with additional graduate work, from the University of Wisconsin. Raj has applied his extensive research experience in air, contamination control and liquid filtration, colloid and aerosol science, fluid mechanics and heat transfer, and physical surface chemistry towards the design of cleanrooms. Raj regularly conducts workshops on cleanroom design and contamination control for the Institute of Validation Technologies, ISPE, ASHE, IEST and other organizations. He has been the lead designer of approximately 100 cleanroom projects and he holds 15 patents and has authored many publications in technical journals and handbooks
