Iran(islamic Republic of) Article 15 - No implementing measures.The concept is relatively new in Iran and international expertise is required to promote attention to these resources.
Article 16 - No implementing measures. This is a very important article for Iran and all developing countries. The implementation of this article has been mostly impeded by IPR regulations in developed countries. Hence there is a vital need to create a multilateral guaranteeing system in order to give developing countries to be benefited from new technologies, while those developed countries access their resources.
Article 19 - No implementing measures. This is an emerging concept in Iran.Iran is willing to benefit from the positive aspects of biotechnology, while taking care of its possible adverse effects.
