| Daily Pass |
| The Daily pass includes access to all HR sessions on either Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is the day chosen, it will include the BIO International Convention Opening Reception. Registration for the Daily pass will only be available onsite at the rate of $400 for BIO members and $800 for non-BIO members. |
Registration Policy Details
Badges for advance registrations will be available for pickup at the registration desk. Government-issued photo ID is required as proof of identity. Badges cannot be traded or shared.
Cancellation requests need to be received in writing to register@bio.org no later than April 30, 2009 in order to qualify for a refund. A $250.00 administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations received on or before April 30, 2009.
Cancellation notices received after April 30, 2009 will not be honored. All approved refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions without any penalty are allowed until May 12, 2009. BIO reserves the right to alter this policy without prior notice.
To receive the BIO discounted member rate, your company must be a BIO member in good standing on or before May 15, 2009.
