Description: This committee functions to assist the Industrial & Environmental Section (IES) Governing Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to governance of the IES. These responsibilities include: 1) review of the structure of the IES standing committees, 2) nominations and elections of the IES Governing Board members and officers, and 3) oversight, modifications and implementation of the IES bylaws.
