BIO comments on the Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program Draft Third Party Administrator Agreement (TPA Agreement) and the Draft Data Use Agreement released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). BIO appreciates CMS’ efforts to implement this program.
