BIO’s comments on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) draft 2014 Call Letter, submitted Friday, March 1. 

BIO considers it especially important to focus attention on policies that impact access to prescription drugs and vaccines for Medicare beneficiaries in MA and Medicare Part D plans.  Therefore, we offer these comments to further improve the ability of these patients to access crucial therapies and immunizations.
